At the end of the assessing when the difference emerged between groups in order to find the origin of difference within groups one of Post-Hoc tests Benferroni correction has been used. Results have been assessed according to significant level 0.05

As a results of this study; a positive relation has been found between four dimensions of EQ; which are using emotions positively, positive emotional management, emphatic sensitiveness, emotional assessment and life satisfaction, and a meaningful difference has emerged between EQ and LS of cyclists and mountain climbers.
